prescribing a new take on healthcare advertising
The first goal of this campaign for Stanford Children’s Health was to give them a fresh look and message to stand out amongst the often bland and homogenous advertising and marketing in the healthcare space. The second goal of the campaign was to inform people about the Stanford Children’s Health network. Stanford pediatricians and specialists are located all across the Bay Area treating anything from the everyday to the extraordinary, but we found most parents were unaware that Stanford-level care was available to them outside of the main hospital.
To get these two messages out there, we used a smart and light-hearted voice that tapped into the ups and downs of parenting and the simple fact that through it all, we only want the very best for our kids. For striking visuals, we used watercolor illustrations you might find in the books you read your kids. Together, they made for a campaign that was able to talk about our kids’ well-being in surprising and fun ways, while staying true to the expertise and care that goes into keeping them healthy.
